Monthly $75 Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter
The promoter is WOVN (ABN 52 605 790 840), Melbourne, Victoria ("WOVN", "we", "us"). Contact: brian@wovnlab.com.
2. How the draw works
Each calendar month we give away one $75 WOVN voucher to a randomly drawn subscriber. Each month is a separate promotion (a "Draw Month"). The draw starts on 1 October 2026 and runs each month until we end it by updating this page.
3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. WOVN, its staff and their immediate family members can't enter.
4. How to enter
Subscribe to the WOVN newsletter during a Draw Month, through the sign-up forms on wovnlab.com or at checkout. That's it. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- You get one entry in the Draw Month you subscribe. Each person can only enter once per Draw Month, no matter how many email addresses they use.
- Entries close at 11:59pm Melbourne time on the last day of each Draw Month.
- You need to still be subscribed when the draw takes place.
- Entries that are incomplete, made using automated tools or fake or disposable email addresses, or that otherwise break these terms, are invalid.
5. The draw
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within 7 days after the end of each Draw Month, using a computer-based random selection. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.
6. The prize
One single-use WOVN voucher code worth AUD $75 (incl. GST), redeemable on wovnlab.com and valid for 12 months from issue. The voucher:
- can't be used on WOVN Reworks pieces;
- must be used in a single order, and any unused balance is forfeited;
- can't be combined with other discount codes, exchanged for cash or transferred.
Total prize value per Draw Month: AUD $75.
7. Notifying and claiming
We'll email the winner within 2 business days of the draw. The winner needs to reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If the prize isn't claimed in time, or the winner is ineligible, we'll redraw within 7 days from the remaining entries for that Draw Month, under the same terms.
8. Publishing the winner
We'll publish each winner's first name, last initial and state on this page and on our Instagram (@wovnlab) within 7 days of the prize being claimed.
9. Privacy
We use the details you give us to run the draw and to send you the WOVN newsletter, in line with our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, though you'll need to be subscribed on the draw date to be in that month's draw. We keep draw records for at least 3 years, as required by law.
10. General
If something beyond our reasonable control stops the draw from running as planned, such as technical failure, fraud or tampering, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant authority. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent allowed by law, WOVN isn't liable for any loss arising from entering the draw or using the prize, except for loss caused by our own negligence.
